I started the gym in 2018. With a background in MMA, the premise of starting the gym was to create a facility that had everything under one roof:

Lincoln
Over 5 years as a personal trainer and nearly 15 years in the gym environment, I understand the struggle of finding time for exercise,
especially as a parent of three. Drawing on my experience playing high-level sports locally and overseas, I bring a unique perspective to
achieving a balanced and holistic approach to health

I work as a coach and personal trainer. I’ve always been very passionate about training from a young age. Now my biggest drive is seeing other people use strength to transform their lives - It not only teaches you what you’re made of, but shows you the incredible things you’re capable of when you put your mind to it. have more than 5 years of experience working with clients both online and in-person, helping them to achieve outstanding results.

Having been in and around the fitness industry for many years both personally and professionally plus being a mother of three myself, I know what it takes to juggle life whilst achieving my own personal goals.
My main focus and true passion being all things women. From antenatal/prenatal support, health and hormone control in line with your cycle to regaining your power and self-worth back.
Together we will learn you, your lifestyle and your goals. With that we can map out a plan either that be through exercise or nutrition even a combination of both to have you living the best version of YOU.
